Spreading Our Wings 1998-2003

This period was defined by a major research study carried out in collaboration with Corus (formerly British Steel). The programme was titled Lean Processing and bore the acronym LEAP. It represented a dramatic leap in the development of our thinking within S A Partners as it enabled to us to intervene within a supply chain rather than an single company.

Furthermore we began to understand how to mobilise a critical mass within a large organisation. Corus were a major employer in Wales and pivotal in the growth and development of S A Partners during this period.
