All courses can be delivered virtually or on line, or a combination of both. The courses can be supported by best practice visits through our Onsite Insights programme with further learning provided through our publications, complimentary courses, and, virtual webinars and workshops.

What commitment should an organisation make?
We would recommend that organisation train 1% of their people in this product and ensure individuals have at least 100% of their time dedicated to improvement.
What level of benefit should an organisation expect?
Individual is capable of leading strategic – organisational level change- delivering programmes that are capable of achieving in excess of £250k benefit or >20% improvement in costs, customer service, compliance, colleague satisfaction, colleague capability or capacity.
What will the candidate learn?
Following attendance of the course, attending the coaching sessions and submitting the programme report, the candidate will know how to design, lead, implement and sustain strategic level transformation programmes.

Prior to starting complete the 1A,1B, 1C and 2A training.
