Places will be confirmed on receipt of payment in full. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received in advance of the event. Notification of any substitutions should be made in writing in advance – and will potentially be subject to security clearance timeframes at host sites. Cancellations should be advised in writing and will incur an 100% cancellation fee if made within 14 days of the event. As these events take place at operational sites, it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timing or location of the event. Please ensure that any travel or accommodation bookings made in relation to your booking are flexible as S A Partners LLP can not be held liable in the event of a change or cancellation.
