I have been with S A Partners for over fifteen years and have many years experience of operating at senior management positions in operations , logistics and business development in several multinational organisations including JCB , Jaguar Cars, ABB and Corus before joining S A Partners.

As the overall program director for the work with Cogent Power described in the Shingo prize winning book “Staying Lean” I was able to work with and learn from a fantastic international team. I have spoken on Lean Thinking at many International Conferences and facilitated Lean Thinking workshops for executive management programs at a wide range of international business schools.

I coach executive teams and CI leaders and aim to learn and transfer transfers knowledge across all levels of an organisation. In Australia I have led the S A Partners work with for example RAAF, Commonwealth Bank, Red Cross Blood , Newscorp, RAA and Mylan Australia. In 2014 I was privileged to win the of Best New Speaker of the Year Award for TEC- The Executive Connection) for a workshop talk “Profitable Growth through Lean Thinking”

As a certified Shingo Institute master level facilitator I am able to lead all the Shingo workshops and coach teams striving to embed enterprise excellence. In 2016 one of the teams at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia won the Shingo Silver Medallion. In 2016 I was delighted to co-author the book “4+1 Embedding a Culture of Continuous Improvement in Financial Services “ and am currently in the process of writing a book for the Shingo Institute to support the Customer Value and Align workshop.
