The Enterprise Excellence Leadership Programme can be fully customised to meet the needs of the individual organisation. This can be created by integrating existing programmes and skill sets into the content, derived from diagnostics carried out on the individuals and work practices within the organisation. Alternatively, the programme can be introduced using the standard approaches created and proven successful with other clients. We have a variety of assessment tools that help us understand how individual leaders, teams and systems operate and provide data on the interaction between each. Providing us with essential current state data to underpin how each programme is delivered.


Our Enterprise Excellence Leadership Programme can be delivered at three levels. All three levels are certified through the Cardiff University Lean Competency System

  • Frontline Enterprise Excellence Leader (LCS 1c)
  • Systems Enterprise Excellence Leader (LCS 2a)
  • Organisational Leader (LCS 2b)

Leader Competency Framework

A Framework that has been developed to assess the skills and competencies required to become an Enterprise Excellence Leader, It analyses current state leader confidence, competence and motivation Using this assessment coupled with the ambitions of the organisation to design the programme.

Soundwave, Voiceprint, LBAII, MBTI

Our partner organisations, Blanchard, Soundwave and Voiceprint have a number of assessments that allow us to fully understand how the leader thinks, speaks and listens. These assessments can be used to provide invaluable insights for coaching conversations and creating Individual development roadmaps.

Leader System Assessments

We have taken the essential attributes any leader needs to lead effective, continually improving systems and turned these into a series of ideal behaviours and statements. The assessment would be an essential aid to defining leader system interaction, understanding current state and visioning future state.

Maturity Assessments

A best practice assessment that enables organisations to understand the maturity of their systems. Assessing how well each system aligns, engages, improves and delivers results, to create a roadmap for improvement. It can be fully customised to reflect organisational system structure and assessed at the macro and micro levels.

Shingo Insight Report

An assessment hosted by our partners the Shingo institute. This looks at organisation engagement and the levels of best practice principle assessment and ideal behaviour. A fantastic tool to gain a deeper understanding of the how well the what and how is working within an organisation.

Psychological Safety Analysis

An assessment that enables organisations to understand the trust and connection individuals and teams have, enabling them to have conversations and take risks without fear of being punished. An essential barometer prior to entering into any change environment, enabling leaders to understand the readiness for change within their organisation.




The Enterprise Excellence Leaders programme can take two distinct routes:

A Learning led approach- Leaders are assessed against a competency framework, taught best practice, practice their skills, are coached and reflect on their development, before seeking accreditation to pre set University standards. The S A Partners Leadership Academy.

A System led approach –Leaders work alongside a consultant/coach who helps them develop their strategy deployment process, meeting structures and governance processes, and coaches them in how to operate at their optimum with this process. The S A Partners Acoustic Management System.


At the heart of all or Enterprise Excellence Leaders Programmes is the  70:20:10 learning philosophy, combining training, 1:1 coaching, self-reflection and measurable evidence of practical application. Enabling Leaders to learn theory, practice and learn through coaching cycles and deliver organizational sustainability.

Our training, consulting, coaching and accreditation services are all provided by fully qualified experienced practitioners who are all partners or employees within S A Partners.
