The event is being hosted by Zimmer Biomet at their facility in Shannon Co. Clare,  and the focus of this visit will be on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), the use of the appropriate lean thinking tools and systems and how Zimmer Biomet have utilised TPM in their operations.

In addition, and in association with SA Partners, ICBE are delighted to also host the launch of their new publication TPM: A Foundation of Operational Excellence.

Written by world-renowned industry experts Peter Willmott, John Quirke and Andy Brunskill, this publication covers in a practical and no-nonsense way a tried and tested model for TPM deployment in any organisation.

Praise for the book has been unanimous:

“This book will become a reference on how it should be done. A paradigm shift to Total Productive Manufacturing that is long overdue.”

Greg Julich, Director Global Reliability, Pfizer Inc, USA

At the book launch we will give you an insight in to the publication, meet the authors and also have the chance for some networking.
