Lean Practitioner Yellow Belt (1B) Certificate Online Training – Ten Weeks
About this Event
The Improvement Practitioner Yellow Belt is certified by Cardiff University and LCS (Lean Competency System). It provides candidates with the skills & knowledge to participate and lead improvement activities. Following the course you will have an awareness and basic understanding of improvement principles and concepts.
Specifically you will:
- Be able to participate effectively in improvement activities.
- Understand how to define a problem using root cause analysis & implement sustainable solutions.
- Discover how to engage people in Continuous Improvement
- Be confident deploying Continuous Improvement in your workplace.
How it is delivered
We deliver the course through:
The training is set up using Zoom Meetings in 10 x 2 hour sessions over ten weeks. This will be supported by self study. We will use case studies and activities to ensure the training is enjoyable, meaningful and relevant.
Every candidate will receive 1:1 coaching support from one of our experienced trainers.
You will practice what you have learnt by undertaking a real-life ‘Kaizen’ activity. You will then present this back as part of your accreditation.
On successful completion of this course you will receive your accredited Yellow Belt (1B) Certificate from LCS & Cardiff University.
