Situational Leadership II – Concepts
As part of the leadership programme SLII is the most widely used leadership training programme in the world. For good reason, it is practical and easy to adopt yet delivers powerful results.
The course teaches leaders how to build meaningful connections with co-workers that create exponential improvement. Employees that participate are more productive and more engaged – and their organisations excel as a result.
In this introductory course participants will learn how to:
- Recognise how to support their team develop
- Understand the difference between Tasks & Goals and how to establish SMART goals
- Match the needs of individuals with the best leadership style
- Manage team performance reviews effectively
How it is delivered
We deliver the course through:
The training is set up in 2 x 2 hour sessions over two days. This will be supported by self study. We will use case studies and activities to ensure the training is enjoyable, meaningful and relevant.
Every candidate will receive 1:1 coaching support from one of our experienced trainers.
You will practice what you have learnt by undertaking a real-life activity. You will then present this back as part of your accreditation.
On successful completion of this course you will receive your accreditation from the Blanchard Institute.
