Join us for this 2 day Masterclass which focuses on the Total Productive Maintenance model developed by Peter Wilmott and Andy Brunskill. This workshop will explore both what and how to deploy an effective, systematic approach to TPM. We will not only look at the use of the appropriate lean thinking tools and systems, we will also look at the leadership and engagement systems that will support sustainable change.
