Based on the Industry leading publication, TPM: A foundation of Operational Excellence, this 2 Day Practical Masterclass at Synergy Flavours Inc has been developed to support organization’s develop a deep understanding of Total Productive Maintenance and how this can support an organization’s Asset Reliability. The programme is designed to mix theory with practical activities—ensuring real life experience delivering TPM improvements.
