Executive Leadership

The Executive Leadership Programme gives senior teams a flavour of the subject areas covered on Leadership Essentials to ensure a common language and approach to Leadership throughout the business. Creating a sense of “we’re all in this together” has proved invaluable in driving successful cultural transformations for previous clients. After the training we carry out a training needs analysis and strategic assessment, to determine the particular focus areas where our team can add value on your enterprise excellence journey. Initial training input is typically 2 days, followed by a 1 day workshop and road mapping session with the senior team. We will then develop an individualised programme including further training if appropriate, plus 1:1 executive coaching and experiential learning.

Delivering the training

The training modules and workshop sessions are designed to be delivered either face to face or virtually and we work with you to identify the best mode of delivery to meet your needs.

Executive Coaching

Whether there are leadership skills you are looking to brush up on, you need to build community and understanding within a new team, or you simply need a sounding board to help you to navigate a tricky strategic project, our skilled executive coaches are here to help you.

Accreditation

Accreditation will be tailored to your needs and could be through Cardiff University’s Lean Competency System, Shingo Institute or Blanchard Accredited training or other partners.
