S A Partners are working with a number of high profile clients in this important sector. The projects range from strategically orientated ‘Lean Scorecard Maturity Assessments’ that help set the direction and priorities of Continuous Improvement strategies, to more tactical improvements around cost, quality and delivery performance, for example. All contribute to overall, sustainable cost reduction, performance improvement and capability development for our clients.
