All courses can be delivered virtually or on line, or a combination of both. The courses can be supported by best practice visits through our Onsite Insights programme with further learning provided through our publications, complimentary courses, and, virtual webinars and workshops.

What commitment should an organisation make?
We would recommend that organisation train 10% of their people in this product and ensure individuals have at least 20% of their time dedicated to improvement.
What level of benefit should an organisation expect?
Individual is capable of leading process level change- delivering projects that are capable of achieving in excess of £25k benefit or >10% improvement in costs, customer service, compliance, colleague satisfaction, colleague capability or capacity.
What will the candidate learn?
