The Shingo Institute are planning to publish a series of books to accompany the Shingo workshops.
A supporting book for each course Discover Excellence, Cultural Enablers , Continuous Improvement, Enterprise Alignment and Build Excellence, will be edited by an experienced facilitator and published over the next 2 years.
We are delighted to announce that Chris Butterworth has been honoured with the task of editing the book that will accompany the Align workshop. Chris will be working closely with the Shingo Institute staff and collating examples and stories from a wide network of people. Chris has also recently joint published the excellent book ‘Embedding a Culture of Continuous Improvements in Financial Services’.
