The S A Partners Improvement Coach Programmes

Enabling people to maximise their potential, by continually improving what they do

Why choose our Improvement Coach Programmes?

The S A Partners Improvement Coach Programmes train people in the theory, coach individuals in the practice and deliver benefits for the organisation. It combines 1:1 coaching, self reflection and measurable evidence of improvement, based on the 70-20-10 learning philosophy. The programmes are supported by our Learning Management System (LMS) to enable tracking of progress and return on investment. Our programmes are also accredited by Cardiff University – Lean Competency System.

This approach enables your business to provide:

► The necessary skills to enable individuals and teams to sustainably improve what they do.
► A structured learning journey that takes individuals from ‘awareness’ to ‘master coach’ developing the capability to implement workplace, project, programme and business level improvement.

Our Improvement Coach Programmes are continually developed and moulded around the needs of our customers. We are committed to developing the skills of individuals and creating sustainable success for our clients.

All delegates of our Improvement Coach Programmes are automatically loaded into our Learning Management System. Our Learning Management System enables organisations of any size and location to track their learning and development by teams, managers and candidates whilst delivering benefits and desired role competencies.

Over 10,000 people have now been through our improvement coach programme – many of these going on to become senior leaders within their organisations. Across these 10,000 we have delivered over £10,0000,000 of recorded savings for our clients. Projects have improved; vehicle manufacture, water supply, refuse collection, ship refurbishment, food manufacture, banking services, health service provision, education, hotel bed optimisation, housing supply, and funeral services.
