Maximise potential with Continuous Improvement Training

The S A Partners approach to Continuous Improvement Training and Lean Sigma Training is defined in our Improvement Coach programme. We have taken the latest thinking around Process, People and Programme Improvement, and combined it with our track record of delivering benefits to create a unique offer that is capable of developing people and teams at all organisational levels to continually improve what they do through on site & virtual/online training.

Why choose our Improvement Coach Programmes?

The S A Partners Improvement Coach Programmes train people in the theory, coach individuals in the practice and deliver benefits for the organisation. It combines 1:1 coaching, self reflection and measurable evidence of improvement, based on the 70-20-10 learning philosophy. The leaning is delivered via either our onsite team or on a virtual facilitated training IT platform e.g. Zoom / Microsoft Teams, in modules, to suit your organisation. The virtual learning is a combination of theory, self-development, and coaching.
