Jeff Williams ‘on tour’ in Australia  

Jeff Williams, Global Business Development Director & Head of the Food & Drink Sector for S A Partners, is travelling down-under to Australia next month to present at 2 high profile Food & Drink related events.

The first is for the Business SA Food who deliver the Federal Government Entrepreneurs Programme and Food SA, based in Adelaide where they will present to a cross sector of food related businesses.  S A Partners Pty have been working closely with Federal Government Entrepreneurs Programme in Adelaide for some time on business improvement activities.

Business SA focuses on ensuring employers get fair outcomes on industrial relations matters. They also work to ensure the broader economic environment is conducive to successful business in an increasingly globalised economy which requires local businesses to be highly cost competitive. While Business SA is a State based organisation, they recognise the need to work at a broader level to progress policy issues of national significance and are a foundation member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Australia’s peak business advocacy body. Food SA is the South Australian peak Food Industry body.

The second event in Hobart Tasmania is with a group of Federal Government Entrepreneurs Programme Food and Agribusiness Advisers who operate across Australia advising Food and Agribusiness businesses on how to improve their capabilities and business performance.

Key messages to be delivered to both events are around the current climate of the food sector and learnings from the S A Partners extensive experience of working closely with quality retailers and their supply chains, globally.
