Chris Butterworth presents Lean Competency Certificate to Richard Camilleri ( MD Eximius) . Chris said “Richard has successfully completed S A Partners Lean Competency levels 1a and 1 b as well as undertaking the Lean Leadership workshop. He’s a real pleasure to work with and it’s great to be able formally recognise all his hard work and commitment. “
Participants in the Lean awareness training will learn the principles of lean thinking and an approach to problem-solving that will enable them to drive lean improvement. Our experience of lean has taught us that a disproportionate amount of precious time and effort, dedicated to improvement work, is taken up with raising the basic awareness and understanding of individuals involved. This training has been designed to ensure that individuals have a sound grounding in the ‘fundamentals’ of lean to ensure they are clear on their role and how they can contribute.
