In this 4th article we will look at ‘Process’ – the second of the 3 x P’s, by explaining our unique and proven 11 step TPM System which –following the Scoping Study and Senior Management ‘Buy-in ‘ session- is implemented via a 4 x Day TPM Practitioners workshop, the launching of the initial TPM Pilots & then subsequent Roll-out.

This article highlights the practical nature of TPM, including exploring the physical condition appraisal of the equipment –sometimes affectionately referred to as ‘Spot the Rot’and then, most importantly, how to ‘Stop the Rot’!
