S A Partners has a team of over 40 people who collectively deliver the needs of our Customers. The team consists of Partners, Consultants and Support Staff. The team has a broad range of consulting, training, coaching and mentoring skills developed and practiced in a wide range of sectors.
The UK team is based within the SA Partners head office-just outside Cardiff in South Wales. They exist to deliver our brand promise of “Together, the power to improve”, and are passionate about enabling their Customers, their organisations and their people to continually develop and maximise their potential.
The team has created a range of offers covering Organisational Transformation Diagnostics and Roadmaps, Leadership Development Programmes, Systems Consulting and Improvement Coach Programmes; all backed up by a Learning Management System and Accredited learning. The team has won 4 Shingo prizes acknowledging their Thought Leadership within Enterprise Excellence.
