Robin Jaques to Speak at the Welsh Entrepreneur Conference

Robin Jaques is to speak at the Entrepreneurs Wales 2012 conference at City Hall Cardiff on the 14th November 2012. This is a one day conference designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs looking to start, develop and grow their business. This no cost practical day will immerse you in creative and innovative solutions to real business challenges, helping you make a better start and accelerate the growth of your business.

In his speech “Releasing capacity to drive growth”, Robin highlights that   it is often said that a characteristic that defines most entrepreneurs is their restless energy and desire for more – be it more realisation of product or or service ideas; more innovation; more flawless execution of plans and in many cases more profit and more cash.

Robin draws from experience in the 90’s working for James Dyson and laterally 12 years of consulting and leadership of an entrepreneurial business improvement consultancy. The session will focus on how a more systematic approach to improvement – as Team GB’s cycling head David Brailsford calls it – ‘getting the winning advantage through the aggregation of marginal gains’ can liberate vital resources to fuel the entrepreneurial engine.

This conference is sponsored by the Welsh Government and will broaden knowledge, accelerate understanding and help you avoid the many pitfalls that entrepreneurs face on a day to day basis.
