S A Partners launches their Lean Immersion Programme in Ireland

Over the last 20 years of our leading research, consultancy and training within the lean community we have found that the emphasis has moved away from questions like ‘where do I start’ and ‘how do I get trained in the tools’. In fact for companies some years into the journey the questions are now ‘why am I not achieving as much as I hoped’ and ‘how do I stop things stalling’. However, this has often been done in isolation of other key areas. Our Lean Immersion Programme helps you understand what a complete Lean Business System involves and covers the important areas such as Strategy Deployment, Leadership, Engagement and Behaviour.

Our series of programmes are a mix of classroom learning, experience sharing, practical simulation exercises and tour of real workplace application of the core principles of Lean thinking. You will gain an understanding of the key aspects of leadership within a lean environment which through research and experiences within our consulting practice we believe are essential for sustaining and enhancing a culture of continuous improvement.

Our first event in this series took place on 21/11/12 at Zimmer and included a tour of their operation.

All proceeds from this programme are donated to Chernobyl Children International, one of our chosen charities in Ireland.

Our next Lean Immersion Event takes place at Aimia Foods on 28th January 2013, further details to be released soon.
