Within system consulting we need to be mindful of how we structure our implementation approach. If we can truly scan what is in front of us and structure our approach it is obvious that the emphasis of our approach will change.

But he probably was weighing up the circumstances, had the keeper dived left yet, what’s the surface like, is there any wind, had anyone done the chip or straight one?
We would always recommend consideration of three factors when structuring improvement. How work is completed, how improvement is measured and how people behave. In a non stable environment we recommend heavy use of system of work, in a formal environment its all about measures and beyond its all about behaviour. But whilst we have leading initiatives we must not forget about the other two, a successful intervention should always balance work with people with improvement
