PROJECTS

• Initiated and lead the strategy creation and execution, using OKR’s, with a PE portfolio firm in 8 months to prepare for and close a sale.
• Turned around a struggling and unprofitable division of a large multinational in a challenging geography, during COVID – using OKR’s and targeted coaching.
• As part of the executive team, launched a new fully automated on-line industrial parts business –  integrating the key stake holders; coaching and guiding them through the challenging process of concept, pitch, funding, technology integration and launch.
