- Early career: Worked in Europe as plastic assembly specialist supporting a wide range of industries including automotive, electronics, building & construction, medical, telecommunications.
- In US: Program Manager, inventing and building complex printing systems for polycarbonate automotive glazing.
- Got my PMP (Project Management Professional) in 2009, which became the focus of my first consulting company Q’vive.
- Coached executives and developed project teams and senior leaders to improve project management maturity.
- Joined S A Partners in November 2022
- Project work will initially be internally focused on program and account management processes and systems.
About Me
- Started career with GE Plastics, as assembly specialist. Got green belt trained in the initial Six Sigma rollout. Everything was a project, then larger projects, and complex technical programs.
- Extensive experience in managing complex programs in multicultural organizations. Business processes have always been a major focus.
- As consultant worked on projects with SMEs in IT, HR, accounting, marketing, production, quality, compliance.
- Largest projects were shutting down a Spandex plant in SC and integrating a greenfield production location in AL with main location in MI, leading 7 project teams.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, conversational in German.
About Me….personally
- Based in Wixom, Michigan
- Music brought me and my wife together in a small church in the Netherlands over 30 years ago. I enjoy improvisation on the piano. Before becoming an engineer, I studied jazz organ.
We both love good food and improvising in the kitchen to prepare it.
