George Potamianakis

George has 20 years’ experience working directly with organisations to implement process improvement programs, deliver projects, manage teams, facilitate workshops, plus provide training and coaching.

He is highly skilled in delivering improvements across all business functions including customer support, business strategy, IT, operations, project management/delivery, sales, HR, recruitment and finance.  He has delivered multiple programs and projects with multidisciplinary teams and supported these teams to become high performing teams.

His multiple sector experience includes Financial Services, Telecommunications, IT, Local, State & Federal Government, Educational, Construction, Automation & Control, Defence and Transportation.

Degree qualified and a practising Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, George has trained and coached thousands of improvement practitioners and leaders to achieve their business performance and customer service goals.
