Manuel Baerga

Manuel is a successful coach who has worked extensively with top tier companies to develop enterprise strategies that deliver quantifiable results. He uses a hands on approach with his client partners and emphasizes his expert executive coaching skills to foster connection, development, and outstanding enterprise growth.

Manuel excels at strategic thinking and has expertise in leading transformations, loss analysis, root-cause problem solving, and high-performance continuous improvement teams across operations and other functions. He is an accomplished Lean Six Sigma and Operations Executive with 20 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, strategy, service, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, customer service, and business transactions.

Manuel has demonstrated his keen ability to successfully marry voice of the customer with business processes that lead to enterprise wide change. He has held leadership roles at General Motors, The Boeing Company, WR Grace & Co, WW Grainger and more recently with TransCare Corporation. He was an advisor to leaders in government institutions such as the Housing and Urban Development Agency, The National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership.

He is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Coach, Stakeholder Centered Coaching Methodology and has participated in Global Kaizen events while at Boeing where he worked with Shingijutsu Consultants. He is a former Lean Enterprise Institute Faculty Member and a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership and proudly serves as a volunteer for the Junior Achievement Organization.

Manuel is originally from Puerto Rico, a native Spanish speaker, and a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and a minor in Industrial Engineering.
