This banking institution embarked upon a focused continuous improvement programme aimed at working towards Enterprise Excellence.
Having already been on a Lean journey, it was recognised that many of these elements were already in place, so the key focus of this programme would be to strengthen and develop the systems and behaviours across the business to drive sustainable business results.
