How are the courses delivered?
All courses can be delivered virtually or on line, or a combination of both. The courses can be supported by best practice visits through our Onsite Insights programme with further learning provided through our publications, complimentary courses, and, virtual webinars and workshops.
Who should attend?
Anyone that is involved in improving what they do. The course provides the basic information required for people to be able to participate in any improvement programmes.
What commitment should an organisation make?
We would recommend that organisation train 100% of their people in this product and ensure individuals have at least 5% of their time dedicated to improvement.
What level of benefit should an organisation expect?
Individual is capable of participating in change. We would expect individuals have the ability to contribute a >5% improvement in costs, customer service, compliance, colleague satisfaction, colleague capability or capacity.
What will the candidate learn?
Following attendance of the course the candidate will have an awareness and basic understanding of improvement principles and concepts and how effective improvement activities can be developed.
