Our people are our greatest asset, they make our business the success it is today. Across our Team we have 4 PHD’s, 4 MBA’s, and a combined consulting experience of over 250 years, delivering over 4000 consulting days per annum.

Our Business

S A Partners was established in 1993 by our founders Paul Morris a very experienced Operational Manager and Prof. Peter Hines the former Director of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC) at Cardiff University. The business was set up as a partnership with the explicit intention of allowing people to learn and develop whilst owning and shaping their organisation. Today the business is completely owned and financed by its partners, they manage its resources and are completely govern its future. Peter and Paul have now both moved into their retirement after developing a team that can take the business to even greater success.
