Our Business

S A Partners was established in 1993 by our founder Prof. Peter Hines whilst he was a Director of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC) at Cardiff University. The business was set up as a partnership with the explicit intention of allowing people to learn and develop whilst owning and shaping their organisation. Today the business is completely owned and financed by its partners, they manage its resources and are completely govern its future.
