How are the courses delivered?All courses can be delivered virtually or on line, or a combination of both. The courses can be supported by best practice visits through our Onsite Insights programme with further learning provided through our publications, complimentary courses, and, virtual webinars and workshops.

Who should attend?

Team leaders that want to deliver improvements in their own or their teams work. The course provides the essential people and process skills to enabling them to deliver sustainable problem resolution.

What commitment should an organisation make?

We would recommend that the organisation train 20% of their people in this product and ensure individuals have at least 10% of their time dedicated to improvement.

What level of benefit should an organisation expect?

Individual is capable of leading task level change- delivering projects that are capable of achieving in excess of £5k benefit or >5% improvement in costs, customer service, compliance, colleague satisfaction, colleague capability or capacity.

What will the candidate learn?

Following attendance of the training, completion of the coaching and submission of the A3, the candidate will know how to define a problem, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions.

What is covered in the course?

Prior to starting complete the 1A training.

A 3 module training course with 3 one-to-one coaching sessions, taking candidates through how to define a problem, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

A combination of teaching, exercises and case study based learning, customised to the specific needs of your organisation.
