This 2 Day face-to-face Shingo Discover Excellence workshop is the foundational Shingo workshop and introduces the Shingo Model, the Guiding Principles and the Three Insights of Organisational Excellence.

In this workshop you will witness at first hand how Shingo principles drive behavior throughout the entire organization to deliver world class results. This course is accredited and certified to both the Shingo Institute and CPD service (Continual Professional Development). You will learn to align your organizational principles and core values with your systems. Group activities are used to help develop skills in assessing alignment and how to address misalignments by embedding your principles into your work and management systems.

As a participant you will:

LEARN and understand the Shingo Model
DISCOVER the three insights of Organizational Excellence
EXPLORE how the Shingo Guiding Principles inform ideal behaviors that ultimately lead to sustainable results.
UNDERSTAND the behavioral assessment process through an interactive case study and on-site learning.

Meet your Facilitators

Dr. Keivan Zokaei is a globally recognized expert in lean management, systems thinking, and sustainable business transformation. He is a consultant, researcher, author, and senior leader at S A Partners, where he advises executives and organizations on operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and sustainable performance improvement initiatives. Dr. Zokaei previously served as Director of the MSc in Lean Operations Management at Cardiff University’s Lean Enterprise Research Centre and is an Honorary Fellow at Warwick University. He has authored numerous books, academic papers, and industry reports on lean thinking, supply chain management, systems thinking, and “lean and green” business practices, helping organizations integrate efficiency with sustainability.
