Mark Taylor is a seasoned advisor with over 30 years’ experience guiding Boards and senior executives through Leadership and Continuous Improvement programs. A qualified Chartered Accountant and recognised change agent, he has worked with leading organisations across Australia, SE Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, including the Australian Department of Defence, BHP, Petronas, JLL, and Airbus. In 2007, he founded Secora, Australia’s largest boutique Continuous Improvement practice. Today, as Chief Operating Officer for S A Partners in APAC, Mark continues to help leaders embed Lean Leadership, Enterprise Excellence, and sustainable transformation in complex organisations.

Richard Young is the CEO of S A Partners in the Asia Pacific region, a certified Shingo Master Trainer and Examiner, and a Master Lean Coach through Cardiff University. With over 20 years at S A Partners, Richard has worked extensively with global multinationals across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and SE Asia. He specialises in developing leadership capability, embedding continuous improvement, and supporting cultural transformation at senior levels. Richard has successfully partnered with organisations including BHP, CBA, Bankwest, Cook Medical, DHSV, and Airbus, helping leaders enhance strategic thinking, communication, and sustainable performance.
