The Lean Forum exists to encourage the sharing of ideas on Best Practice, Continuous Improvement and lean through networking, visits and workshops. We have groups in the Solent, Humber, West Midlands and South Wales but in this virtual world we are extending invites to companies across the UK & Ireland.
The meeting will be delivered via Zoom.
Guest Speaker:
Philip Holt, Author of Leading with Lean, The Simplicity of Lean & Leading Lean by Living Lean
Topic:
As organisations reflect on the future of Lean, this session offers a thoughtful look at how Lean continues to matter when it is led well, even as technologies such as AI become more prominent. Rather than focusing on tools or programmes, Philip will explore what it means to lead with Lean: using purpose, leadership behaviour, systems thinking, and everyday problem solving to create sustainable performance and learning. The session invites OpEx and CI leaders to reflect on how new technologies can support better decision-making and problem solving, without losing the human judgement, leadership, and discipline that make Lean effective.
