Operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing is rarely won or lost at the level of tools and methods. This event looks one layer deeper, at the deep structures of culture, capability and regulatory context that decide whether an excellence programme holds over time or quietly erodes.
Over the course of the day, you can expect research findings from almost two decades of benchmarking pharmaceutical production systems, a practitioner perspective on what separates sustained excellence from short-lived improvement, a look at regulatory science and at what to do research for the US FDA, and an interactive workshop in which participants work on the deep structures in their own organisations.
