This 3 session Virtual Continuous Improvement workshop will deepen your understanding of the relationship between behaviors, systems, processes and principles – enabling you to continue on your journey to Excellence.

This two-day Continuous Improvement workshop integrates classroom and on-site experiences at a host facility to build upon the knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE* workshop. It begins by teaching you how to clearly define value through the eyes of your customers.

It continues the discussion about ideal behaviors, fundamental purpose, and behavioral benchmarks and takes you deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Continuous Improvement dimension:

Meet your Facilitator

John Quirke has worked in a variety of sectors including electronics, medical device, pharmaceutical and food. Prior to joining S A Partners, he worked with a number of Blue Chip corporations including J&J and Millipore, with responsibility for Lean Six Sigma implementation across European sites. Mr. Quirke is currently a managing partner for the Irish business and medical device and pharma sectors. With degree studies in chemistry, biology, environmental science and law, Mr. Quirke completed his initial engineering training in Japan with Fujitsu Isotec. He is also a certified master Lean coach with Cardiff University. Mr. Quirke has published two award-winning books, TPM: A Foundation of Operational Excellence (Shingo Publication Award) and Deep Excellence (Lean Business Ireland Publication Award).
