At S A Partners we are continually looking to develop our business and are so we are inviting applications from suitably qualified people who could add value and difference to our team.

Our initial growth plans mean we will be looking to recruit 2 partners, 4 consultants and 1 additional support member each year for the next 5 years.

Vacancies will be available across all our Global locations.

The qualities we are looking for within each Role type are stated below

  • Partner – an exceptional individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, somebody who can stimulate and close sales, manage key accounts, develop our offers and manage our business. Thorough Knowledge of organisational transformation and a proven track record of delivering programmes whilst exceeding customer expectations.
  • Consultant- an expert in their field, capable of delivering programmes and projects to plan, comfortable with both process and people lead improvement, ambition and capability to become a partner and future leader of our organisation.
  • Support staff- an innovative, self motivated, structured individual capable of adding competence to our finance, marketing and operational functions, someone who has the ability to manage our business and make it as efficient as it can be.
