Richard Young is a certified Master Lean Coach, a Shingo Master Trainer and Examiner, he has worked with hundreds of Leaders across the world helping them develop their leadership capability.  He is an exceptional motivator and his enthusiasm and experience is valued by every client and delegate.  Richard is currently supporting culture change programs at DHSV, CBA, BankWest, Cook Medical and BHP.
Mark Taylor
Mark has worked in the Enterprise Excellence space for over 18 years, he is a qualified chartered accountant, business improvement and business re-organisation specialist.  He has over 30 years experience working at Board level and on senior management teams.  As our leading change agent he will support delegates gain a deep understanding of systems thinking, strategy and deployment.
