This 3 Day Lean Practitioner training will provide you with the capability and confidence to develop and deliver on improvement projects within your work stream. The focus of this course is to build on your existing Lean skills and enable you to lead projects. By focusing on enhancing your data analysis and problem solving skills you will as a result be prepared to lead your own A3 improvement project. The Lean Practitioner will also give you the confidence to engage with other stakeholders and communicate results effectively.
