This three session SHINGO Continuous Improvement workshop will be delivered Virtually on Zoom from Worldwide Fruit (Peterborough, UK) between 22 & 24 July in 5 hr sessions between 13:00 & 18:00pm BST each day.
It begins by teaching you how to clearly define value through the eyes of your customers. It continues the discussion about ideal behaviours, fundimental purpose, and behavioral benchmarks and takes you deeper into the Shingo Model by focussing on the principles identified in the Continuous Improvement dimension:
