Sellafield Ltd has been shortlisted for the Lean Competency System (LCS) Learning and Development Excellence Award, which recognises the most outstanding training, coaching, or learning approach that has elevated improvement capabilities.
The Lean Leader program was co-created with Sellafield by S A Partners based on both Sellafield’s best practice thinking and S A Partners’ System Leadership program to create a bespoke training that would motivate a community of Lean Leaders to shape safe environments & empower their people to sustainably deliver Sellafield’s mission and priorities through the critical business systems & culture. The ultimate goal was to make Lean a way of life in Sellafield.

S A Partners through the Lean Leadership Program, accredited at LCS Level 2a.
