Arturo is a Senior Consultant with our US Division. He has worked in over eight countries in a wide range of sectors including electronics, automotive, medical, food processing, logistics, plastic moulding and telecommunications.
He is an industrial engineer with hands on experience in improving performance in both production lines and service organisations. His experience in delivering continuous improvement programmes and fluency in both English and Spanish ensures he can support our clients across the globe.
Arturo is passionate about coaching and employee engagement. He has worked with many senior leadership teams at a range of companies on culture change programmes.Arturo is currently supporting clients in North and South America as well as Puerto Rico. He is leading a range of transformation projects on Leader Standard Work; Tiered Management; Problem Solving; Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); and problem solving.
Based in El Paso, Texas, Arturo enjoys camping, swimming, reading and supporting his local community.
