As part of the S A Partners Academy team, Byron supports our clients with training in the Leadership, Lean and Continuous Improvement programmes. Byron is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Coach.
Prior to joining S A Partners, Byron held senior Continuous Improvement positions in the Aerospace, NanoScience and High Volume Manufacturing Sectors. Byron has led numerous CI programs and projects across multiple sites. His passion is for supporting others develop their problem solving and process improvement skills.
