Jim is a Partner and supports clients with Enterprise Excellence, Improvement Skills, Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM), and Change Leadership.

Jim’s early career included roles as a Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Engineer for Textron, ITT & Frito-Lay. Jim has led a company-wide Enterprise Excellence transformation using a principle-based approach aligned to the Shingo Model and has experience in a wide range of sectors, including Aerospace, Chemicals, Plastics, Medical Devices, Industrials, and Semi-conductors. He has trained and coached over 1,700 people in Lean Six Sigma and certified 340 Green Belts, Black Belts & Lean Masters.Jim is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Master and earned an M.S. in Manufacturing Management and Leadership from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He is a member of ASQ, SME, and a board member for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME).
