Matthew is a Senior Project Manager in our US Team. Matthew supports the US team and our clients develop and deliver multi-site project delivery plans. Motivated, goal-orientated, hardworking, coupled with a detailed, systemic approach that enables me to manage projects effectively. Most recently Matthew developed a unique project management tool for SA Partners – tying in A3 and Prince II methodology. He has also Project Managed the successful implementation of a new Heath & Safety approach – which has reduced accidents to zero and delivered a culture of Safety 1st.
Other projects that Mat has delivered include the proposal writing process where he reduced time to quote from 3 weeks to 5 working days. He also re-engineered the sales back office of a £150m turnover business, reducing waste activities to a minimum
Matthew is a fully qualified and experienced Prince 2 practitioner specializing in: A3 Project Management / A3 Problem Solving; Project Management; Value Stream Mapping; and Problem solving system design and deployment.
