Brian’s major passion is delivery of “Competitiveness through Operations” for clients and customers. Using his expertise in Lean, OpEx and Change Management and over 25 years of experience working in manufacturing, his goal is to deliver a result that has a real and measurable impact on the performance of a customer’s business.
Brian has spent over 15 years working with multinational organizations in Engineering, Projects, Operations and Plant Management. He has managed plants in Ireland, Poland and the U.S.
Drawing on his direct industry experience, Brian commenced a career in helping others achieve competitiveness in their manufacturing operations. Over the course of his 12-year consultancy career he has worked with small family businesses through to large blue chip companies across multiple industry sectors in numerous countries. He has qualifications in Engineering, Finance and Training.
