Bryan joined S A Partners in June of 2021 and currently serves as a Director for the business. He is responsible for overseeing the leadership programs, as well as the healthcare sector, within the company’s US subsidiary. Bryan holds a Doctorate of Psychology in Leadership Psychology.
His expertise includes organizational assessment, leadership development, personal and team development and coaching, conflict management and resolution, business negotiations, program facilitation, and change management. Within these areas, he has worked with front-line employees and regional and national executives to cascade the organization’s purpose while improving the quality and safety metrics throughout the individual hospitals he oversaw. Prior to joining, Bryan served as a Chief Executive Officer in small to medium-sized hospitals and within national acute and post-acute health systems with an emphasis on creating an engaged culture to generate value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.In this role Bryan also led teams to improve the availability of healthcare services, patient flow, safety and quality outcomes, employee experience, and financial performance of the organization.
As part of his voluntary work, Bryan has recently been appointed as the president of a children, youth, and family organization in which he spends several hours each week coaching, mentoring, advising, and supporting the secular and spiritual growth of children and youth in his immediate area.
