Conor is the Head of Ireland region. Conor has a proven track record in delivering customer success in complex contexts within retail, operations, and eCommerce settings. Working with independent retailers to deliver world class CX and innovation in shopping and need based solutions for customers/end users.
Conor’s primary responsibilities and skills include, programme management, strategic problem solving, understanding the voice of the customer, stakeholder engagement and management, strategy creation and deployment and commercial analytical skills.Conor is a Master Black Belt in Lean, holds a Masters in Commerce (MComm) 1st Class honours from University College Cork. He also holds a diploma in Journalism from the Irish Academy of Public Relations and most recently a diploma in Innovation and Strategy from the Irish Management Institute. He has endorsed skills in process engineering and business improvement, coaching and lean transformations. Conor has a relentless focus on customer success, profitable outcomes, standardisation and proven results in enterprise excellence.
Conor has been approved by Enterprise Ireland and the IDA as a specialist consultant in Innovation Management System ISO56002 deployment.
