Donna is part of the S A Partner Academy team and supports our clients with coaching, mentoring and accredited training programmes. Donna supports the development and delivery of our Leadership and Improvement Coach programmes and works closely with the University of Cardiff Lean Competency Centre as an assessor.
Prior to joining S A Partners in 2011, Donna worked for the University of Cardiff, teaching and researching Lean and Supply Chain Management. She has a PhD in the spread of Lean over time and an MBA.
