Noel has been working as part of the S A Partners team since 2018, and is an experienced operational excellence director, having worked in board level positions within medical device, pharma and electronics. Noel led the development and deployment of the corporate Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Strategy within Lake Region Medical which resulted in the site being awarded the SHINGO Bronze Medallion.
Noel is an author and renowned public speaker. His latest book ‘Human Lean’ was co-authored with John Bicheno. Noel has an MSc in Lean Manufacturing from Cardiff, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Waterford Institute of Technology. He is a Guest Lecturer on Waterford’s MBS in Lean Enterprise Excellence.Noel’s passion is for creating ideal behaviours that drive Enterprise Excellence. He believes Employee Engagement lies at the heart of effective Operational Excellence.
