Gina is an experienced Programme Manager for Lean Transformations. Before joining S A Partners, Gina worked as Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Roche in one of their biggest production sites located in Bavaria, as Group Lean Lead at Borealis, one of Austria’s leading companies, and as Lean Transformation Manager at Ferring, a leader in reproductive medicine, gastroenterology and urology. Gina also has almost 10 years in Novo Nordisk having worked in both Global Quality, cLEAN Office and PSQ.Gina has a broad experience in developing and deploying operational excellence programmes delivering substantial improvements across SQDEC in a focused yet pragmatic way. Apart from the programme management one of her core strengths is coaching at all levels in the organisation.
